Right in our own Backyard

I feel so fortunate to live in Brevard County Florida.  As there are so many wonderful sights to see and places to visit.  Currently, I have been working with a buyer from out of the country that is hoping to purchase a condo near the beach. Fortunately for him, there are many properties to choose from, with some great prices too!

Cape Canaveral Florida

We have been touring the city of Cape Canaveral Florida and I thought he would like to take a drive just up the street, to where you can see the fishing boats and the cruise ships in port.

Cape Canaveral Florida

We were lucky on this day to actually see a ship in dock.

We were also fortunate to see the fishing boats in port, that bring in the fresh seafood to the local markets.

We even saw some local fishermen looking for a good spot of their own to drop a line.

It was an absolutely picture perfect day.

When I know that I am going out with customers to a beautiful location, I ask if they mind if I bring my camera with, so I can take some pictures on my own.  And, then I am able to send them reminders of where they were, when they get home.

Hey Sandy - Great photos! I've got quite a few of my own at the Port. Did you stop by Grills for lunch?

Lori, The cruise ships are absolutely beautiful, aren't they?  I think it would be fun to work on one for awhile (as long as the seas weren't too rough).  Oh and on the cruises, all the food, food, and more food.

Jim and Maria,  We truly are blessed, as there are so many great sights to see.

John, I love going to the port, as there are so many breathtaking views.  No, we didn't get to Grills.  We were actually up that way a bit after we had already gotten a bite to eat.  We'll have to remember to catch it next time.  Thanks.

Sandy, I almost always visit Port Canaveral and Jetty Park when I am in town and it is a special treat to see the cruise ships when they are in port.

Sandy, I have always loved FL. What a great idea to send the wonderful photos to your clients. The scenery is starting to look pretty good around here also. Funny how different things look from winter to summer here. I went for a ride and almost forgot were I was for a a moment.

Great pictures Sandy!  The shot with the cruise ship really provides scale to the smaller buildings near it.

Gary, I don't blame you - I love to see them every chance I get also.

Amanda, I also love the west coast of Florida. Sanibel Island and Naples are two of my favorite destinations.

Rosalinda, Lots of people come here for their love of the water - so true - it is a great selling feature.

Kevin, So glad you can step away for a moment, and dream.

Caren,  Shores house - I get it - you're funny - I LOVE IT!  I love the water myself.  We have ocean and rivers around us.

Lisa, The clients love the photos, and it often gives them a different perspective when they get home from their trip.

Hi Toto, Oh you silly, silly person, I have a much larger personal vessel than that....

Heather, Hey, I hear you.  I am overdue for a vacation also - agreed!

Hi Lou, No, my yacht is a bit bigger, than the one pictured -LOL.

Hey Miss Mary, Clients love to see pictures after they get home of the places they visited.

John, I'm looking for my pictures of you and your Dad fishing....

Myrl, Isn't is gorgeous? It is really huge when you get up right beside it.

Ann, I think this new buyer will be very happy living in Cape Canaveral several months out of the year.
