The ship caught my eye Sandy. My wife and I took some Royal Caribbean cruises in the past few years. We always try to schedule from Cape Canaveral, it's a much more convenient port than Miami or Fort Lauderdale.
Sandy,
My family and I love to go to Rusty's at the port on Saturday afternoons around 4 o'clock to eat oysters and watch the cruise ships sail by as they depart out to sea.

The percentage of properties that used CASH as financing was considerably higher than other forms of financing! Cash buyers have a considerable advantage in todays market - especially with REO properties or short-sales. Unless of course, they think that cash will allow them to low-ball an offer beyond reality.
The Disney ship is a wonder on the eyes. I've never been on a cruise, but would love to one day!
Oompa, that is a big ship!
Hi Lou, You're welcome. Always a pleasure to see you stopping by.
Ann, You're welcome little woman. How the heck have you been, Grandma?
Gabe, You're right Cape Canaveral is a great port to sail out of. We've gone out of there once. We are going to take a cruise in July, and this time we are leaving out of Tampa. We've never gone out of that port yet.
Paul, Rusty's has good food and it's a great place to spend an afternoon, especially in the late afternoons to catch the cruise ships leaving port. Maybe we'll bump into you and your family up there sometime.
Myrl, We currently do have a large number of buyers purchasing with cash. Cash is king in buying those REO properties. That's for sure. If you have never been on a cruise, you definitely have to make it a point to take one sometime.
Hi TOTO, That is a big ship - lots of fun there on Disney Cruise Lines.
Sandy,
I am doing awesome! Being a grandma is fabulous!!!!
