Well here we are - FINALLY - the weekend that so many have been waiting for. Friday was the last day of school for so many Brevard County schools. Seniors graduated the week before. Summer break is officially here. So, many things on the agenda for kids...volunteering, family vacation, summer camp, parties, heading to the beach and for some, going to their summer jobs.
So, much to do, but is there enough time to do it all? I have barely seen either of my teenage daughters since school ended on Friday, between graduation parties and volunteering.
Enjoy your summer!

I've promised myself to make time to enjoy my son this summer. Sometimes not enough hours in the day.
Wow I can't believe it is almost summer break for my children they still have 3 weeks of school left. Enjoy your time with your children they will be gone before you know it.
Billi, You're right, sometimes there aren't enough hours in the day to get everything done that we'd like to do. But, quality time with the family is so incredibly important!
Pat, It came quickly this year for us. Every year goes faster than the previous one. My girls are already 15 and 17 - you're so right - hug and kiss them every chance you get, because they will be gone soon. I hate even thinking about it.
Our summer break here in Seminole isn't until just after Memorial Day. I know my wife and kids can't wait. This weather has been fantastic. Aweosome beach photo.
Sandy - It is sure getting blazing hot in Florida! Hello Summer!
I hope Spring break brought a few more people than this to your great beaches. Just wait another week...
Sandy
Have a great summer with your family.
Good luck and success.
Lou Ludwig
Hi Sandy, I hope you and the girls have a fantastic summer!! Schools end on Wednesday here, I hope I can spend extra tie with my grandkids when they are out of school!
That is so weird to not see a soul out there on the sand. Cocoa doesn't look the same, at least that's what I think I'm looking at. Those lazy, hazy days of summer are approaching Sandy.
Come this holiday weekend, I suspect that deserted looking beach is going to look anything but the way it does in this photo! I am so ready for summer!
Hi Sandy, my youngest daughter is now out of school for the summer, and she would love to be on such a beach as you have shown there!!!
Have a great Memorial Day weekend with your family, Sandy.
Sandy,
I wish I got a Summer break. I could use a month or two of nothing but beach day's.
-Paul
Hi Sandy - Hooray, summer is here let's all have a beer! Where did you find the empty beach? :-)
Sandy ~ Our season started with a big bang with Memorial Day. Busy, busy and busy. Worked all weekend but managed to get a few under contract so I didn't mind working. I hope you find some time with the girls this summer.
Sandy,
I hope you are enjoying your summer!

Rob, So far we have been experiencing a very warm, wet, humid summer.
Wendy, You're right - it has been a blazing hot summer so far.
Paul, It does look pretty deserted, doesn't it? We took this picture in the late afternoon, when often beachgoers have gone home for the day. It was nice and cool outside.
Thanks Lou, Same back at you.
Mary, Well it sounds like your wish is coming true - spending time with your grandkids this summer. Have fun.
Kevin, This does look weird, doesn't it - with no one on the beach. Yes, this is Cocoa Beach and it was a quiet, lazy afternoon.
Myrl, I think it's going to being a fun filled summer.
Bruce, Well come on down and bring her to Florida's beaches. She'd love it here.
Paul, I know what you mean - it's been quite busy. Love to be busy - but trying to find time to do some of the things we enjoy in our spare time.
John, I love it...Summer is here, let's have a beer...well I guess I would, if I drank beer, but I don't. So, I'll have an ice cold soda instead. How's that? This was just south of Cocoa Beach, late one afternoon.
June, Congrats on getting a couple under contract on the Holiday weekend. I'm going to make it a point, to get some time with the girls this summer. It will be fun.
Ann, We are so far. It's been really busy. Busy is good.
