Breathtaking Treasure Island Club Condos in Cape Canaveral FL

Cape Canaveral Real Estate by Sandy Shores

This picture was taken on the balcony of the Treasure Club Condos in Cape Canaveral FL.  My dear friend, Tony, from England purchased a unit last year in the complex.  The 3 buildings are surrounded by water on two sides.

My favorite thing to do when I visit Tony is to go down to the docks and watch the manatees play. If you go early enough, when it's not too hot yet, you may see 10-15 manatees at a time.

What a great looking place Sandy.  Definitely a place worthy of calling home.  Great picture!

Hi Gabe, This is an incredible complex.  The views are out of this world.  This is truly one of my favorite places (and favorite person) to visit. When Tony bought this end unit last year he handed me the keys and told me  to use it anytime I liked.  It's a perfect location to watch the rocket launches - front row seats.

What a view, Sandy!  That's pretty neat about watching the manatees.  Never have seen one in person;  must be quite a sight.

Sandy, how did the Scorpions do on Friday night with their football game?

Hi Bruce, I love visiting this spot because watching the manatees is like nothing I've ever seen before. They are so fun and playful. It's like watching children.  The Scorpions pulled off another win on Friday 34-14. They were playing a team from Overland, Colorado. The team was sent by Disney's Wide World of Sports from across the country. And, there were recruiters from FSU to see if they could find any great players. It was a super game!  Loved it and thanks so much for asking!

Colorado!  Wow, what a road trip for a team!!!!!!!!!!  I would sure take your liberties and let Mary know that Florida whooped a team from Colorful Colorado in high school football!   ^_~

Bruce, It was quite a treat for the Colorado team to come across the nation.  Great idea, I'm going to have to tell Mary about it, aren't I?  I wonder how close she is to Overland.

Hey Sandy,

I am a broker in Nashville Tn. I have a family member who owns a 2 bedroom completely remolded unit with a fully deeded boat slip there. How much do you think those condos are worth in this market? I appreciate your help.
