OUR CLIENTS, BUYERS, SELLERS, TENANTS, LANDLORDS ARE INVALUABLE TO US!
But, do your clients know how important they are to you?
How often do you tell them?
During a transaction our job as real estate professionals we guide the buyer or seller through the home
buying or selling process. It is imperative to keep in regular contact with them, to be sure that every step of the transaction is handled precisely. The house should proceed to closing without a glitch, so we can get paid for the hard work and expertise we have provided throughout the transaction.
But, it doesn't stop there...once we walk out of the closing with our paycheck.
Does your buyer or seller know how important they are to you?
After all without them, you wouldn't have a paycheck!
Do they know how much you appreciate their business?
Sit down and handwrite a personalized thank you note to your client, telling them how important they are to you and how much you appreciate them.
How many thank you notes have you written this month? This year?
I personally, try to write 5 thank you notes per week, to past customers, even customers that haven't purchased from me in a year or two.
PEOPLE LOVE TO BE APPRECIATED...AND WHAT BETTER TOKEN OF YOUR APPRECIATION THAN A NOTE FROM THE HEART?
Any other ideas of how you share your appreciation with your clients?

that for you

Great idea. Would you suggest emails too?
Simple but very effective. Thanks
Miriam, How are you today? I just read an article that emails are not as "personal" as handwritten notes. Sometimes they do not convey the desired affect to your client. However, if you decide to email try this website http://www.emailreplies.com/. It covers email etiquette. Best of luck and have a wonderful day!
Hi Douglas, I have gotten many thank you's from my thank you notes, and have had many referrals because I have had people tell me that people just do not take the time to write thank you notes anymore. Have a super weekend!
