Melbourne is certainly a beautliful area. How is the real estate market there? Are there lots of deals?? I imagine so, as pretty much all of FL is heavy on foreclosures & short sales right now.

Hey Dan, I love living in Melbourne with views of the beach and the river. The market is still declining and prices are becoming quite attractive. Short sales and foreclosures are driving the market down a bit. We are seeing buyers beginning to get off the fence, and moving forward with purchasing. Smart buyers are scooping up a deal here and there. So, things are picking up.
