Any Active Over 55 communities in Palm Bay? Is it right on the river or more inland?

Posted by Nancy Larson (Greater Coastal Realty, Inc.) over 3 years ago

Hi Nancy, I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you.  We have been dealing with Tropical Storm Fay all day today.  We have had about 6-8 inches of rain and have been helping neighbors try to keep it out of their homes. Yes, there are several over 55 communities here in the Palm Bay Area.  We have Barefoot Bay, Snug Harbor, Holiday Park, Palm Bay Colony and Palm Bay Estates.  They are manufactured housing communities. Barefoot Bay is located with views of the Indian River Lagoon.  At this time there are a number of these properties available for sale. However, most of Palm Bay is situated inland.  There is a stretch of homes located along US 1, on the Indian River, but just a small sampling.  Let me know if you would like more specific information, as I would be more than happy to provide it to you!  Have a great week!
