I remember in January 2005, at the peak of the market, there were only 4 homes available for sale priced under $200,000!

Affordability is one of the things that we need to get housing back on track. It sounds line property values there are similiar to here. I like seeing home prices that people can actually afford, but feel for those that bought at the top of the market.
Hi Fred, We are seeing homes become increasing affordable here in Melbourne Florida. We are seeing a lot of first time homebuyers in the market and buyers coming in from out of town. Not many local buyers because they are tangled in the market, waiting to sell their own homes before they can make a move.
