I thank you for everything you all have shared and I thank all of you for allowing me to be a part of your lives.
I appreciate so much having a place where I can share my thoughts, my views, my experiences and sometimes my frustrations.
I thank all of you who come to visit my blog and take time to share your comments on my posts. This helps give me greater insight and helps to broaden my thinking.
I love it here on Active Rain. Active Rain is like no other networking site that I have been a part of. I feel so blessed to be here!

Hi Charles, Wow, 60 degree weather - nothing wrong with that! It was about 75 degrees here yesterday. At one point it got a bit warm and we were wondering if we would have to turn the air on when the guests came over. But we were able to eat out by the pool. It was gorgeous!

Christmas was good. We had a wonderful time. It was smaller and quieter than usual but that was okay with me.

Hi Ann, We went to my husband's for Christmas Eve with 30 people - it was total, loud, chaos - too much. Then we kept it quiet for Christmas Day - only 7 of us - it was delightful, great conversation, peaceful and so enjoyable.

Sounds wonderful. We do not get together with my husband's family so our Christmas Eve is very quiet. Sometimes it makes me sad they do not get together and then again...maybe not.
