There are so many reasons to love living here in Melbourne Florida. My daughters and I like to walk across the Eau Gallie Causeway as often as we can, for beautiful views of the Indian River Lagoon. It takes about 35 minutes to go from one side to the other and back again. It would probably take less if I hadn't been stopping to take so many pictures.
We just came from from our walk and it is nice a cool outside, the weather couldn't be more perfect.

that for you

Sandy,
What awesome photos! Thanks for sharing your walk with us.

Hi Sandy, Your photos are BEE-YEW-TEE- FUL !!! Looks like a great place to take a walk, I can almost hear the waves... is it nap time now? LOL Thanks, Sandy!
Hi Ann, It is so beautiful, taking a walk across the causeway. One of the many reasons we love living here so much. I hope that things are going well for you.
Hey Mary, The weather has been so mild - we had shorts and t shirts on during our walk. I am always stopping to take pictures while my younger daughter is trying to time us to see how fast we are going - too funny.
Hi Sandy... These pictures bring back memories of me up there water skiing with my good friend Becky Lee!
Sandy,
It really looks like a lovely place to live....and play.

Hi Ann, We are going to head there again today to get our 2 mile walk again. It is such a beautiful way to spend some time. We are blessed to live in such a wonderful place!
Sandy,
I am jealous.... my walk today was muddy and messy. Sparky, my dog, needs another bath. He gets rocks and mud on his feet and up his legs. It makes for a very dirty floor. Oh well, at least he goes walking with me.
Hope you had a good time,
Ann
Hi Ann, We just got back from another beautiful walk up the causeway. The weather again was perfect! Sorry to hear it wasn't so much fun for you! I hate to hear that. I love walking with my dog, Bailey.
Hey Sandy,
I do not mind. At least I am able to go. We walk in a nature reserve and see some pretty amazing things. The other day I saw a bald eagle...unfortunately I did not have the camera with me. He was beautiful and magnificent.
Glad you had a good walk!
Ann
Sandy: I think i am going to have to take a visit to Melbourne, Maybe if we evacuate this year for a storm I'll stop by your way, it sure looks peaceful....Kelly
Hey Ann, Don't forget to take your camera next time. I take mine everytime I go for a walk -you never know what you'll find.
Hey Kelly, Well, I hope you don't have to evacuate for a storm, but if you do, and a storm isn't heading our way, come on by...it's truly beautiful here! Hope you are well!
Sandy,
I have been getting better at remembering the camera. I wish I would see the eagle again. He is beautiful.
