that for you

Sandy, I review Monthly statistics from all my friends on ActiveRain each month, kind of an odd hobby but it really indicates that we are all in the same boat with this market...
Sandy, it still doesn't seem like the Brevard market has bottomed out yet, which has been the pattern for much of the country thus far. Areas where values have taken a hit is the most frustrating for those wanting to sell now.
Hi Sandy, I like the way you present your market's numbers, and love the photo!
Hi Sandy
That very good news that your inventory in going down.

Sandy,
Amazing and simple statistics. Hello Florida, Goodbye freezing cold WI.
Hi Paul, I think it's wise to review and study market reports from different parts of the country.
Gary, I think you're right, that we have not yet bottomed out here in Brevard County. We have heard whispers that we may not see the bottom till the end of the year or beginning of next. Only time will tell.
Hi Mary, I'm glad you wrote the comment, because each time I write, I keep thinking I should have it in table format. Thanks for the input!
Hi Lou, It is good news that the inventory is going down.
